Purpose of the processing

We inform you that the purpose of processing your data is the one described in each of the forms available on the website in which you provide us with your data.

Legal basis

Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR. The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Data retention and processing

Your data will be retained for the time necessary to process your request, unless you indicate otherwise by exercising your right to erasure, or for the time required to comply with legal obligations and to address any potential liabilities that may arise from fulfilling the purpose for which the data were collected.

If necessary, RECUPERACIONES ECOLEX SLU will delete or rectify the data when they are inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer necessary for their intended purpose, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable personal data protection legislation.

Technical and organizational measures

RECUPERACIONES ECOLEX SLU adopts technical measures, controls, and procedures of a physical, organizational, and technological nature that are reasonably reliable and effective, aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data and ensuring its privacy.

If you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, which is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
